Exceptional guides, unforgettable experiences
Amazing! We went on our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for more. The guides were excellent, especially Fernando. His knowledge, friendly nature, and patience were outstanding.
Since 2001, we have been taking travelers to explore the most stunning and pristine landscapes of Tierra del Fuego, Torres del Paine, Aysén, Isla Navarino, and the most spectacular corners of southern Chile. Thanks to our innovation, deep knowledge, and years of experience, we are the pioneers in designing active programs in Patagonia, offering unique adventures that will connect you with nature in an unforgettable way.
We specialize in providing you with an authentic connection to the most stunning landscapes of southern Chile.
We take immense pride in our unparalleled knowledge of Patagonia. With our base in Puerto Natales, the gateway to Torres del Paine, we offer you an authentic and tailor-made experience. We collaborate with the best local guides, experts who are intimately familiar with every corner of the region. Our excursions are exclusive to small groups of up to 8 people, ensuring a more personal and unique experience. With us, you’ll feel the true essence of Patagonia!
We are committed to conservation and local development. We donate USD $15 for every passenger to the Torres del Paine Legacy Fund and work with local communities, supporting small businesses and purchasing regional products. We sponsor schools in Cerro Castillo and Estancia Cerro Guido, promoting education in the area. Additionally, we have declared a #ClimateEmergency and launched our first Climate Action Plan in collaboration with Turismo Declara. Through these actions, we aim to protect Patagonia for future generations. Be part of this cause!
At Chile Nativo, we are proud to be accredited by SERNATUR, the National Tourism Bureau of Chile, and to be recipients of the Tourist Quality Seal (Sello Q). We are members of the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) since 2011 and we have been recognized by National Geographic with 50 Tours of a Lifetime in 2014. In 2015, Outside Magazine named us one of the best travel destinations. We are also official providers of the Ruta de los Parques de la Patagonia (Patagonia Parks Route). Our founder, Gonzalo Fuenzalida, is the ATTA Ambassador for Chile and in 2021 was recognized as one of the 5 main Chileans who are creating a future. We were also awarded at SERNATUR 2024 the “Tourism Innovation Award” and at the FEDETUR 2024 Awards as the “Company of the Year”. We were also nominated for the best Tourism Offer of the Year and we have received the Chilean “S” seal for Sustainable Tourism.

It met our expectations and much more. Our guides, Mauricio and Fernando, were very kind, always prioritizing safety, and highly knowledgeable about the area. They answered all our questions with enthusiasm, were great cooks, and kept us informed about what was coming next.
An excellent introduction to Patagonia for older travelers who don’t speak Spanish! A stress-free trip with a friendly and knowledgeable guide. We all loved Rodrigo! We were led through stunning landscapes and stayed and dined in a variety of well-chosen locations. I hope to return!
What an incredible trip! A fellow traveler recommended Chile Nativo, and I’m so glad they did. It was great to have every detail planned so that we could fully enjoy the trip. The guides were amazing, these guys really know what they’re doing. Their knowledge of the flora and fauna, the ease of checking in, leaving the refuges, and their great personalities made our group the best.
We started as 10 strangers and ended the trip as friends. I especially loved Nico; my daughter hurt her knee, and he was particularly helpful with her. It was so wonderful that I can’t wait to use their services again and come back!
At Chile Nativo, we promote responsible tourism, support conservation, and contribute to local development, ensuring that our actions create real and lasting benefits for Patagonia.
USD $15 donation for each guest for the Torres del Paine Legacy Fund.
Since 2019, we have contributed a total of USD $26,851 to the Torres del Paine Legacy Fund, supporting key projects that protect the biodiversity and ecosystem of this iconic National Park.
Commitment to local communities: Promoting sustainable development in Puerto Natales. We work hand in hand with local communities, especially with the residents of Puerto Natales, the gateway to Torres del Paine. From our base in this beautiful city, we collaborate with local economic development and help strengthen the cultural identity of the region.
At Chile Nativo, we are committed to the development and well-being of the local communities that make Patagonia such a unique place. In particular, we take pride in actively collaborating with the Kawésqar people, contributing to the preservation of their culture and traditions.
As part of our commitment to the environment, we have built the Riverside Camp, a unique project in the country, using 29 tons of recycled plastic transformed into eco-friendly wood. This innovative glamping is the first of its kind in Chile and marks a milestone in responsible construction and reducing environmental impact.
At Chile Nativo, we are passionate about offering unique and sustainable travel experiences that allow travelers to explore beyond the most well-known destinations. This is why we created the “Estancias & E-Bikes” program, an innovative proposal that won the Más Innovación award from SERNATUR and was a finalist at the FEDETUR (Federation of Tourism Companies) Awards in the Tourism Offer category.
