Sightings are not guaranteed, but every outing offers the opportunity to encounter a rich variety of wildlife and experience Patagonia’s remarkable ecosystems. The program requires no intense physical effort, making it ideal for nature and wildlife enthusiasts looking for an authentic and respectful encounter with the park’s wild side.
After each day of exploration, return to the comfort of our Riverside Camp, staying in a private glamping tent on the banks of the Serrano River, with spectacular views of the Paine Massif and a peaceful setting far from the crowds and lodges.

Day 0 - Welcome and briefing
Today, you’ll arrive at our office at Eberhard 230 in Puerto Natales for an informational meeting with your guides, the exact time will be confirmed by our Operations team. For larger groups or if you are arriving later in the day, this briefing can also take place directly at your accommodation for your comfort.
During this briefing, you’ll have the chance to meet your fellow travelers, break the ice, ask questions, and go over the itinerary in detail, including expected weather conditions, necessary gear, and all the recommendations to ensure a safe and unforgettable experience in Torres del Paine.
It’s the perfect moment to embrace the spirit of adventure, make final preparations, and start feeling the excitement of what awaits you the next day in one of the most breathtaking national parks in the world.

Day 1 - Puma tracking excursion and photo safari
In the morning, a private transfer will pick you up from your accommodation and take you to the National Park along a scenic route through the Patagonian pampas, with stunning views of the Paine Massif.
Your guide will coordinate with the local tracker to decide the meeting point and begin the search for these majestic felines. Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy gentle walks through different areas of the park, allowing plenty of time to see pumas, as well as opportunities to capture unforgettable photos of the landscape and wildlife in their natural habitat.
At midday, we’ll pause at a special spot to enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing the exploration. In the afternoon, we’ll head to our Riverside Camp.
During the winter programs (May–September), the transfer will take you to Hotel Lago Grey. To end the day, you’ll enjoy a welcome dinner in an exclusive dining room overlooking the impressive Paine Massif.

Day 2 - Guided puma tracking and photography safari
After breakfast, we’ll meet up with our guide, who will take us to the day’s designated tracking area. These elusive felines are often spotted near Lake Sarmiento and Laguna Juncos, a perfect setting for capturing stunning photographs.
If we’re lucky enough to see a mountain lion, we’ll take photos without disturbing their space, always respecting their natural behavior and environment. Throughout the day, we’ll explore different areas of the park both on foot and by vehicle, staying alert for new wildlife sightings.
In summer, with longer daylight hours, we’ll venture to places like Laguna Azul, where we’ll enjoy a box lunch surrounded by incredible landscapes and native fauna. In winter, although the daylight is shorter, the scenery holds a unique charm, making every moment a special opportunity.
After one last photo session, we’ll return to Puerto Natales, where the experience ends. We’ll drop you off at your hotel or accommodation for a well-deserved rest.

During the summer season (October to March), the Puma Tracking program includes accommodation at Riverside Camp, our glamping site on the banks of the Serrano River. In winter (April to September), the experience continues from Hotel Lago Grey.
