Reconnect with your body and restore your rhythm
This is a light trekking program, designed for those seeking a different kind of experience in Patagonia: one that slows the pace and invites reflection. It is a contemplative journey, where every hike, every lake view, and every forest trail encourages presence and connection.
Perfect for travelers who value wellbeing, mindfulness, and nature immersion, this program blends gentle movement with restorative practices like forest bathing, TRE®, breathwork, and guided journaling, offering a unique way to experience the magic of Patagonia.
Day 1 - A gentle beginning in Patagonia
We begin at Estancia Lazo, a traditional livestock ranch that was once part of the historic Sociedad Explotadora de Tierra del Fuego. Today, it remains dedicated to cattle farming while offering some of the most spectacular views of the Paine Massif and the emerald waters of Laguna Verde.
The journey starts beneath the silent canopy of lenga forests, as the birdsong guides our steps toward open slopes and the turquoise Paine River sparkling below. This trail invites both movement and stillness,a perfect welcome to Patagonia.
We will reach Laguna Honda and continue to the Mirador del Lago Toro. After a short but winding descent to Weber Bridge, our private transfer will take us to Riverside Camp, on the banks of the Serrano River, where we will be greeted with a freshly prepared welcome dinner and breathtaking views of the Paine Massif.

The day invites a slower pace. We follow the serene course of the Serrano River, letting its steady flow guide our steps and soften our stride.
Along the way, we will pause for a 2.5-hour Forest Bathing immersion, an experience that awakens the senses and connects us deeply with the lenga and ñirre forests. Then, we will reach the confluence of the Serrano and Nutria Rivers, where a small waterfall invites us to attune to the pulse of water and wind.
The afternoon unfolds with practices designed to restore balance and release tension: TRE®, conscious breathing, and guided journaling. Every moment is an invitation to turn inward, cultivate presence, and nurture a deeper sense of well-being.

Our traveler’s experiences
Incredible experience completing the 5-day W trek with Chile Nativo
Our guides, Camilo and Valentina, were exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and fun, making the entire experience truly memorable. I cannot recommend this tour enough for those interested in exploring Patagonia and Torres del Paine. The views were outstanding, and our guides made us feel safe while also making necessary adjustments based on the group’s physical condition and dietary restrictions.
From the moment we reached out to inquire about the tour, the company was very responsive, answering all our questions and ensuring we felt comfortable with the experience. Thank you for everything!
A trip that surpassed our expectations
The itinerary was well-planned, and they were able to adjust the activities to our needs. The office responded quickly to all requests, and our guide, Nicholas, was knowledgeable, respectful, and fun. He provided us with a daily overview and set a pace that worked for our group. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge of the region and proved to be an excellent communicator—always professional, respectful, and entertaining. It was clear that he was a leader among the guides on the trail.
Our experience with the entire office staff was excellent. I requested many changes, and the office accommodated all of them quickly. Chile Nativo delivered the promised services and handled numerous requested adjustments with ease. Our expectations were met—and even exceeded.
A brilliant and unforgettable experience
Everything was very well managed from the moment I emailed Chile Nativo until the end of the tour. I’m very happy I chose them and will definitely recommend them to anyone I know going to Chile or the Patagonia region.
Guides Armando and Jaime spoke good English, both were humble and very informative. On their part, Marina Petrozzino and Isidora Cruz were also very helpful from the start, answering all my questions.
Great tour and memorable experience
We made great friends with the other members of the group. Pelin was an amazing guide, we had such a great time with her. She has so much knowledge and passion for what she does, making it a wonderful experience to do this hike with her as our guide.
A trip that exceeded all my expectations
What an incredible trip! A fellow traveler recommended Chile Nativo, and I’m so glad they did. It was great to have every detail planned so that we could fully enjoy the trip. The guides were amazing, these guys really know what they’re doing. Their knowledge of the flora and fauna, the ease of checking in, leaving the refuges, and their great personalities made our group the best.
We started as 10 strangers and ended the trip as friends. I especially loved Nico; my daughter hurt her knee, and he was particularly helpful with her. It was so wonderful that I can’t wait to use their services again and come back!
