Where it’s located
Navarino Island is located at the southernmost tip of Chile, in the Magallanes Region, across from Ushuaia. Its main settlement is Puerto Williams, the southernmost city in the world. The island is famous for its pristine nature and the Dientes de Navarino trekking circuit.

Embark on a unique adventure across the remote Navarino Island, where the towering peaks of the Dientes de Navarino will test your endurance in a demanding 6-day program.
Rugged terrain, unpredictable weather changes, and long trekking days make this circuit one of the most challenging in the far south of the world.
Day 1 - Welcome and briefing
We will pick you up from your hotel in Punta Arenas and take you to the airport for your flight to Puerto Williams, where our team eagerly awaits to escort you to your exclusive eco-lodge.
Upon arrival, let yourself be embraced by the serenity of this carefully designed place before enjoying a tempting welcome feast prepared with locally sourced ingredients.

Day 2 - Panoramic trek along the Beagle Channel
After enjoying a hearty breakfast at the eco-lodge, we will transfer to the Róbalo River water intake, where we will begin our circuit around 9:30 a.m. The trek starts by crossing a lush forest, ascending to 600 meters (1,969 ft) above sea level, reaching a summit crowned by a large Chilean flag.
From there, an impressive panoramic view unfolds of Puerto Williams and the Beagle Channel, which separates the main island of Tierra del Fuego from the southern islands. We will continue along the forest edge, following the Róbalo River valley until we reach Laguna del Salto, where we will set up our camp around 7:00 p.m., surrounded by the tranquility and untamed beauty of the southern landscape.

Day 3 - Venturing into Laguna Escondida
After a hearty breakfast and breaking camp, we will begin our trek around 9:00 a.m. Today’s route takes us through several mountain passes of the circuit, starting with Paso Primero (705 m / 2,313 ft), a small rocky pass where the permanent snow welcomes us to the high valley. We will walk among streams, rocks, and lagoons, pausing to admire the beauty of these waters framed by the towering peaks of the Dientes de Navarino.
The next milestone is Paso Australia, the highest point of the day at 776 m / 2,546 ft, offering views of the southern part of Navarino Island and, to the north, the Wollaston Islands in the Cape Horn archipelago.
We will continue to Paso Los Dientes, with spectacular views of the island’s highest peak, Picacho Diente (1,118 m / 3,668 ft). Depending on the route, weather, and group pace, there is the option to include an additional trek to Monte Betinelli, adding an extra challenge for the most adventurous.
Finally, we will reach the camping area near the Lagunas de los Dientes or Laguna Escondida, where we will set up camp around 7:00 p.m.

Day 4 - Ascent and Camping by Laguna Martillo
After a hearty breakfast and breaking camp, we begin our hike around 9:00 a.m. The trail takes us through a fairytale landscape, with native shrub and ñirre forests, crystal-clear lagoons, and the Dientes de Navarino massif as a dramatic backdrop.
We will ascend to Paso Ventarrón (696 m / 2,195 ft), a windy pass that allows us to look through its natural “window” and admire the untouched side of Navarino Island: wild, still-unexplored mountains stretching beyond the Dientes de Navarino. We will continue to Paso Guerrico, approaching the beautiful Valle Guerrico, enjoying the southern flora and rugged landscapes that define this remote region.
We will have lunch before continuing to a suitable camping area near Laguna Martillo or Laguna Zeta, where we will set up camp around 7:00 p.m., surrounded by the tranquility and majesty of this extreme landscape.

Day 5 - Virginia Pass, the highest point on the circuit
We will wake up at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast and to break camp, preparing to start our trek at 9:00 a.m. The day begins with an exciting ascent to Paso Virginia, the highest point of the circuit at 844 m / 2,766 ft. From the summit, an impressive view of the Beagle Channel and the mystical Tierra del Fuego awaits us—a moment that captures the grandeur of the far south of the world.
We will begin the descent around the beautiful Laguna Guanaco, then follow the trail into the forest, where we will have lunch and rest before continuing. Our path continues descending toward Mac Lean Fishing Lodge, an old abandoned outpost located less than 2 km from the eco-lodge, a silent witness to the island’s history.
Finally, we will arrive at the lodge around 6:00 p.m., where we can rest and enjoy a well-deserved farewell dinner, celebrating the adventure and the extraordinary landscapes gifted to us by this southern circuit.

Prices are calculated based on the number of confirmed passengers, with the cost per person decreasing as more travelers join. Each group has a maximum of 8 people to ensure a personalized and high-quality experience.
This trip has specific terms and conditions, and a 30% deposit is required instead of the usual 20% to book this trip.
