The Fjord Trail is a 2-day, 1-night horseback adventure that combines scenic navigation, pristine forests, and an immersive journey into one of Patagonia’s most remote corners. The experience begins with a boat ride along the Última Esperanza Fjord to Balmaceda, where our horses await to take you deep into the heart of Torres del Paine.

Day 0 - Welcome and briefing
Today, you’ll arrive at our office at Eberhard 230 in Puerto Natales for an informational meeting with your guides, the exact time will be confirmed by our Operations team. For larger groups or if you are arriving later in the day, this briefing can also take place directly at your accommodation for your comfort.
During this briefing, you’ll have the chance to meet your fellow travelers, break the ice, ask questions, and go over the itinerary in detail, including expected weather conditions, necessary gear, and all the recommendations to ensure a safe and unforgettable experience in Torres del Paine.
It’s the perfect moment to embrace the spirit of adventure, make final preparations, and start feeling the excitement of what awaits you the next day in one of the most breathtaking national parks in the world.

Day 1 - Immersed among fjords and glaciers on the way to Brush Lake
We begin with a short transfer to Puerto Bories, where we will board a navigation along the Última Esperanza Fjord. Along the way, we will come face to face with the dramatic descent of the Serrano Glacier at the foot of Mount Balmaceda (2.148 m / 7.047 ft).
Here, we will prepare the horses and set off on a peaceful 4-hour ride, walking and trotting through lush, humid forests and enjoying the breathtaking views of the surrounding valley. Our journey will take us to Lake Brush, one of the most remote places to stay in Torres del Paine National Park

Day 2 - Unveiling the majestic Paine Massif
The second day begins with a hearty breakfast, setting the stage for another great adventure. Back in the saddle, you’ll ride through forests of lenga, ñirre, and coigüe trees, making your way into the renowned Torres del Paine National Park.
As the journey unfolds, the terrain becomes more inviting, offering some opportunities for invigorating gallops across the open pampas. Along the way, you’ll encounter stream crossings and winding paths, while the majestic silhouette of the Paine Massif gradually emerges, providing a truly breathtaking view.
A transfer will wait for us at Serrano Village to take us back to Puerto Natales.

Brush Lake Camping offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in nature near Torres del Paine National Park. Located along an ancient Baqueano trail, it provides basic amenities amidst dense forests and diverse ecosystems. The accommodations include small cabins for two people and mini domes, while the facilities feature domes with dining areas and kitchens, as well as sanitary services.
