About Me
I’m Tim Connelly, born in France, and I grew up in Denmark until I was 8 years old. After that, my family moved to the countryside in the south of France. Surrounded by nature, I developed a deep interest in its dynamics. In my twenties, I began traveling the world to explore various natural landscapes, working, volunteering, taking courses, and studying, which allowed me to speak in more detail about nature. My travels eventually led me to Chilean Patagonia, which welcomed me, and where I started working as a guide, learning new skills such as the language and horseback riding.
The Best Part Of My Job
Living the experience of discovering Patagonia for the first time with each group of visitors. I discover the place through them, and they experience the place through me.
My Favorite Place In Patagonia
Anywhere untouched by humans.
Guiding Experience
Extensive experience in both national and international travel and guiding. Participated as a wildlife tracker in documentary productions for Netflix (*Our Great National Parks*) and the BBC (*The Americas*). Climbing experience in the Himalayas, the Pyrenees, the Alps, and the Andes.
