About Me
I was born in Melbourne, Australia, and lived there until I was 10. After that, I moved to Quinahue, Rengo, Viña, Valparaiso, and today I live in Puerto Natales. I’ve traveled to Peru, Sweden, and the United States. I studied English Pedagogy and worked as a teacher for 2 and a half years, until life led me to work as a receptionist at Paine Grande, where I spent 3 years. After that, I briefly worked in reception at Explora. I then started assisting at CN and, in the middle of the season, I began guiding.
In 2019, our lives changed with the arrival of Vicente. The pandemic hit, and we decided to move to Rengo as a family. There, I had the fortune of working as a guide and operations manager at Glaciares de Colchagua (San Fernando). Later, I was part of the production of the film La Sociedad de la Nieve. In September 2023, we decided to return to Natales.
The Best Part of My Job
To interact with travelers and tell them how beautiful our park is.
My Favorite Place in Patagonia
The viewpoint at Bosque de Perros offers stunning views of Lake and Glacier Dickson, the Pared del Escudo, Bosque and Glacier Perros, and—if the weather is clear—even the John Gardner Pass.
A Fun Fact About Me
I once played in a band where we did tribute performances to several groups.
