Frequent questions

What happens if I travel alone?

No problem! We have designed group departure dates with a maximum of 8 travelers to ensure an intimate and authentic experience. If you prefer, we can also coordinate a departure based on your schedule and publish it on our website so others can join.

Our pricing policy is based on double occupancy, so if you are traveling alone, you must be willing to share a room or tent with someone of the same gender. If you prefer more privacy, we offer the option of a single room, although this may vary depending on the program and is subject to an additional supplement.

Additionally, we offer self-guided tours where we take care of all the logistics—transportation, meals, and accommodation—so you can focus on fully enjoying your adventure. Ready for your next journey?

What is the level of difficulty offered by your program?

In general, our hiking excursions are suitable for individuals in good physical condition who are accustomed to walking.  Experienced and fit hikers will enjoy the W Trek and the Paine Circuit (“O Trek”), while those with limited hiking experience may prefer more relaxed programs, such as our Photography Safari.

Our horseback riding excursions range from 4 to 6 hours of riding per day and are designed for guests with some riding experience, rather than those looking to learn.

Our kayaking excursions are beginner-friendly and led by professional kayak guides.  Other programs, such as Discovering Torres del Paine and Patagonian Estancias, combine a variety of outdoor activities with overnight stays in hotels and our Chile Nativo Riverside Camp.

What is your booking and payment policy?

The booking process is simple:

  • Complete your Forms: Once you decide to proceed, we will ask you to complete our Contact and Health Forms, as well as a Liability Waiver for each traveler. This allows us to prepare for any special requirements.
  • Receive your Payment Link: After receiving your forms, we will send you a secure link to pay a 25% deposit.
  • Confirm your Adventure: Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive the deposit. The remaining balance must be paid 70 days before the start of the program.

We are here to assist you throughout the entire process.
